Academic libraries are being challenged to find new, more efficient ways to approach almost every aspect of their work. Some libraries are implementing changes--occasionally major ones--to incorporate agile practices into their operations and to make agility part of their culture. Librarians who have contributed to such changes within their organizations can offer valuable insights to the rest of us. Please join us to learn from the experiences of our presenters as they discuss "Transforming the 21st Century Academic Business Library," "Action-Based Learning Means Action-Based Reference at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business," and "Insights from a Business Library Re-organization.
